We produce and supply Grey Iron (CI), Ductile Iron (SG) & Steel Castings with process of Sand Casting (Green, Resin, Silica sand). Our quality control system provides not only high quality parts but also standard reports according to IATF 16949:2016 for your tracing & file.

ON-GOING EFFORTS OF RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT.

The Company has its very own quality control laboratory, equipped with the latest computerized equipment, managed by skilled and trained staff, to conduct chemical and physical tests on the finished product as well as on the row material. All our charges are controlled during production process and easy to trace back. This allowed us to reach the certification IATF 16949:2016.

Our testing lab is well equipped with Digital Microscope with Image Analyzer having Computerized Reports, Spectrometer, Ferro Lab Analyzer (C, CE, SI, BHN), UTM (Universal Test Machine), MPI (Magnetic Particle Inspection), Complete Sand Lab, Brinell Hardness Tester to name a few. To improve our products continuously our R & D department is well equipped with latest designing software’s such as Solid Works (CAD), Work NC (CAM), 3D Printer, Casting Simulation and also cooperates with the most famous technological Universities in our country and other international researchers. The confidence that national and foreign markets have placed on us over the years is a proof of our high quality standards.
